You will benefit from working within a fun, buzzy, yet highly experienced, team of Estate Agents who are looking to develop their teams as they grow offering tremendous potential for career development and growth. Located in the popular and affluent area of Twickenham where there is a wide range of shopping, boutique restaurants and easy transport links to central London and neighbouring Richmond and Kingston town centres. The Sales Negotator role is ideally suited to someone who has a can-do attitude and who has previous sales experience (property experience is preferred however not essential). If you are looking for a role with unbelievable uncapped earning potential, then this opportunity can’t be missed. Key responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:

  • You will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day sales enquiries.
  • Generating, organising and conducting property viewings.
  • Keeping all potential buyers up to date regarding new properties.
  • Work alongside the Branch Manager in promoting the business.
  • Negotiating offers with vendors and buyers in a professional manner.
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the local market.
  • Regular client liaison, ensuring all feedback is relayed back to the vendors.
  • Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.

Required skill sets for Sales Negotiator:

  • Proven track record in a sales, property experience is preferred however not essential.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated to build and develop the department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
  • A full UK driving licence.
