Dove and Hawk are on the hunt for a full-time experienced Property Manager to join a well-established estate agency. The successful candidate will be managing a diverse portfolio in the Hounslow, Twickenham, and Isleworth areas. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a reputable agency that values professionalism and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio: Managing 125 properties in the Hounslow, Twickenham and Isleworth areas.
- Contractor and Tenant Management: Oversee relationships with contractors and tenants, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of any issues.
- Landlord Liaison: Maintain close and effective communication with landlords, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Tenancy Renewal Management: Handle the renewal process at the end of tenancy agreements, ensuring all documentation and negotiations are completed efficiently.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Summary Reporting: Prepare comprehensive summary reports for landlords, providing clear insights and updates.
- Administrative Excellence: Perform general administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Dupix: Familiarity with Dupix software is highly advantageous.
- Professional Presentation and Communication: Must be presentable, articulate, and able to communicate effectively.
- Flexibility with Landlords: Adaptable and flexible in meeting landlords' varying needs and expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in AST property management, demonstrating a strong understanding of the role and responsibilities.
- Valid Driver's License
