The HR Coordinator Opportunity:

As HR Coordinator you will assist in overseeing all site HR duties with general HR administration and coordination. You will also be responsible for the recruitment process.

This is an exciting and dynamic role so self-motivation and excellent time management is key. You must also have the ability to build relationships with all levels of staff.

What your day might look like:

+ Supporting managers in all aspects of the recruitment process, from securing sign off for recruitment through to on-boarding+ Ensuring that proper documentation is produced and records are kept+ Arranging contracts of employment, references and inductions for starters+ Maintenance of all manual and electronic HR records+ Identifying and arranging any necessary training for employees+ Acting as the first point of call for all HR queries+ Supporting all HR operational areas+ Supporting all HR transactional activities+ Payroll / Human Resources administration+ Providing assistance to the HR Manager

About you:

+ Previous HR and Recruitment experience+ Excellent administrative and numerical skills+ Good attention to detail+ Excellent interpersonal skills+ Strong communication and influencing skills+ Excellent organisational skills and ability to act on own initiative+ The capacity to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities+ Drive, enthusiasm and commitment to achieve required results+ Full clean Driving Licence required
