Job Description:

Holden Knight Healthcare is recruiting for a Senior Social Worker and Social Worker on behalf of our client, a leading community organization in London. Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex caseloads, providing expert safeguarding services to children and families.
Undertake assessments, planning, and reviews, ensuring all interventions meet statutory requirements.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including health, education, and police, to develop and deliver effective care plans.
Provide support and guidance to colleagues within the team, contributing to a strong safeguarding culture.
Participate in case discussions, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses in safeguarding cases.

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Experience working in Safeguarding, ideally within a local authority or similar setting.
