Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex safeguarding investigations and assessments
- Develop and implement effective care plans
- Collaborate with families to promote their well-being
- Represent the organisation in court proceedings
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Social Work qualification (Degree or Diploma)
- Substantial experience in child protection work
- Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
