Purpose of Role: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Business Support Officer to join our team at Clifton Gardens. The successful candidate will provide flexible administrative and customer service support to a range of services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming response to the public, staff, and professionals both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Monitor service users' funds and ensure timely requests for funds.
  • Order supplies to ensure the team has the necessary tools for their jobs.
  • Input data into various council systems (e.g., Agresso, Adeco, Hounslow Health & Safety website).
  • Monitor budgets and inform the manager of any concerns or potential overspends.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Store assets, data, and financial records safely, adhering to statutory requirements including the Data Protection Act 1998.
  • Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, group training, and performance development appraisals.
