Within this role you will be responsible for the coordination of the supply chain administration activities, the collection and movement of products to warehouses, with preparation and upload of associated documentation.
You will monitor and manage supply chain inventory movement, working in conjunction with suppliers, commercial and logistics providers to ensure that the client maintains the highest level of service to customers in all markets.

Responsibilities:
- Organise transportation for product collection from approved CMO premises by approved logistics supply partners, and schedule deliveries
- Monitor and manage the performance of transportation providers to meet service expectations.
- Develop and implement a clear transportation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and manage documentation for import/export requirements, ensuring accurate uploads into relevant systems or prompt email submission to facilitate goods movement and customs clearance.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of import/ export procedures (UK, EU and wider), with the ability to swiftly resolve issues and prevent delays.
- Resolve day to day issues with 3rd Party Logistics providers and transport freight agents, escalating to Supply Chain Team and QA, if necessary
The ideal candidate would be required to have the following core skills:
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Solid understanding of interpersonal relationships and strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of import/export procedures (UK, EU, and wider) and customs processes is essential
- 1 year experience in a similar professional role
