- Data Management: Catalogue and tag data for easy reference and retrieval.
- Digital Filing: Scan and prepare records for seamless uploading to the new system.
- Spreadsheet Creation: Generate and maintain spreadsheets as needed.
- Phone Support: Answer and forward external calls efficiently.
- Portfolio Support: Assist Managers in effectively managing property portfolios with precise administrative support.
- Email Management: Handle high volumes of emails, ensuring all client files are up to date.
