Theyare looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a single bespoke home. Theirprojects are based across Berkshire, offering a unique opportunity to work on high-end, custom-built properties.
The Role:
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering a bespoke new build home, ensuring it is completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. You will be the key on-site point of contact, coordinating all trades, managing health & safety, and liaising closely with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Ensure high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Enforce strict health & safety compliance in line with industry regulations.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Problem-solve and proactively address any site issues.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and ensure their vision is realised.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in bespoke residential new builds.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Full UK driving licence.
