Senior Surveyor
Nouvo Recruitment are working with one of the biggest leaders of their field. Looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their already well-established team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a background in Rural land management, is RICS registered and looking for the next step in their career.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver the primary day-to-day relationship role with clients.
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships for agricultural, commercial, and residential properties
- Estate business administration, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Leading and collaborating with the work of employees
- Working with colleagues to providing concise, practical, and reasoned advice to Clients.
Experience:
- A strong affinity with a values-based culture and desire to work collaboratively with their colleagues.
- Experience in the rural sector from within private practice or resident agent background
- Be commercially astute.
- Keen initiative to seek out practical solutions to challenges.
- Aspirations to develop leadership skills by taking responsibility within the team.
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent people skills
