We are searching for a customer-focused individual who excels at communication, both within and outside the organisation. A team player with excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills, you thrive under pressure and tight deadlines. With a flexible approach to work, you'll meet customer demands and ensure their satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be confident with a great a sense of humour. You'll be a proactive and ambitious team player who can handle multiple products for 4-5 customers with good IT skills within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).

As an Client Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers through daily communication
  • Booking production to accommodate customers' orders and forecasts
  • Collaborating with our operations team to ensure order completion
  • Coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery of stock
  • Reconciling monthly stock figures and providing valuation to accounts
  • Resolving invoice and order discrepancies with customers and suppliers
  • Booking transportation for stock collection and delivery
  • Generating various customer reports on a regular basis
  • Managing stock levels through our system
  • Attending customer meetings on-site or at their premises
