As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing bookkeeping duties for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with VAT returns and management accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Managing bookkeeping duties for a diverse client portfolio
- Preparing VAT returns and submitting them to HMRC
- Assisting with management accounts and financial reporting
- Reconciling bank accounts and processing transactions
- Liaising with clients to resolve queries and provide financial insights
- Must have a minimum of 1 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting software
- Experience with VAT returns and bank reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- AAT qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
