As a Bookkeeper, you will:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are processed efficiently
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures
• Generate and analyze financial reports and statements
• Support year-end processes and assist with audit preparations
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial records
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong technical skills with Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage50
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Experience with bank reconciliations, month-end processes, and financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify and solve challenges efficiently
