Production Operatives

Delta Personnel is searching for Production Operatives in Uckfield, East Sussex.

We're on the lookout for Factory Production Operatives to work within a friendly manufacturing environment. These roles offered are temporary to permanent contracts for the right candidates.

We have immediate starts!  

Duties
•    Working within a friendly factory environment. 
•    Picking and packing products.
•    Assembly Work.
•    Labelling, testing, rework and inspection.
•    Light Machine Operation. 
•    Despatch.
•    Monday to Thursday 7.45am – 4.15pm / Friday 7.45am – 3.15pm. 

Must-Have
•    The ideal candidates would have previous factory production experience or have worked in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
•    Experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided on-site.
•    Must be focused on quality, productivity, and attention to details.
•    Punctual, reliable, and flexible, with a committed work ethic.
•    Good listening and communication skills as teamwork is required.
•    Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative. 
•    £11.44 - £12.75 Per Hour
