Are you an ambitious and skilled Chef de Partie with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences?
Our client is seeking a Chef de Partie with fine dining experience to join their kitchen team at this resort set in the heart of the East Sussex countryside. You will take responsibility for a section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service, prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, consistently following health and safety guidelines, ensure that kitchen procedures are followed in terms of cleanliness, food safety, and stock management and will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to plan and deliver seasonal menus.
Applicants should be passionate about cooking with high-quality ingredients and must be able to remain calm under pressure as this is a fast-paced environment, catering for multiple food outlets as well as C&B.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be a team player, willing and able to assist your colleagues when needed and should have excellent communication skills.
