Role: Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Uckfield
Hours: Full Time 8.30-5pm Monday-Friday
Salary: to 55,000 per annum
Benefits: Car Allowance and Business Mileage. * 25 days holiday rising incrementally up to 30 days. Your Role:
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will:
- Deliver various projects and provide professional services to both new and existing clients.
- Engage in the strategic process of expanding our service range and client base, contributing to the firm's growth.
- Receive support and guidance to enhance your skillset and broaden your service delivery capabilities.
About You:
We are looking for a forward-thinking and adaptable professional who:
- Has experience in Project Management, ideally in both Contract Administration and Employer's Agent roles.
- Possesses a proven track record in delivering a variety of Professional Services, including:
- Level 3 Building Surveys
- Dilapidations
- Party Wall etc. Act
- Defect Diagnostic Investigations
- Exhibits a positive attitude towards work and a genuine enthusiasm for personal development as part of a successful, growing practise.
- Has excellent attention to detail and a desire to exceed expectations.
