Location: Uckfield

Hours - Full Time 8.30-5pm Monday-Friday

Salary: 25,000 - 29,000 per annum

Benefits: Approved Graduate Training Programme, Car Allowance and Business Mileage, 20 days holiday rising incrementally up to 25 days. We're seeking a motivated Graduate Building Surveyor to become part of our vibrant team in Uckfield, East Sussex.

Your Role:
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Surveying team with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Contract Administration & Employer's Agent Roles: Participate in ongoing projects by attending meetings, conducting site inspections, and helping with specifications and tender procurement.
  • AutoCAD Drawings: Prepare and submit Planning Applications with precision and creativity.
  • Pre-Acquisition Surveys: Assist with Schedules of Dilapidations and Party Wall documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Professional Growth: Enjoy ample opportunities for progression within our practise, with dedicated support to enhance your skills and broaden your service delivery.

Graduate Scheme: You will be working within an Approved Graduate Training Programme including full support through RICS APC process with mentoring by in-house RICS APC Assessors and will recieve Further support and supervision with Associate level team members.

On the job learning experiences with a range of Clients in a number of sectors. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the Surveying team on all aspects of Building Surveying.

About You:
We are in search of a self-motivated individual who is eager to develop their career and achieve RICS Membership. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An RICS Accredited Building Surveying Degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
  • A full UK driving licence, enabling you to travel as needed for site visits and meetings.
