Ideal Candidate ProfileYou’ll be an enthusiastic and methodical professional with at least 12 months’ involvement in a Residential Property department. You will:
  • Have strong attention to accuracy – Deliver error-free support throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Collaborate effectively – Work seamlessly with teammates, clients, and external contacts.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally – Whether by phone, in person, or email.
  • Be agile and forward-thinking – Tackle varied tasks with efficiency and maintain a high standard of work.
  • Take initiative – Show dependability, autonomy, and a desire to keep learning.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
  • Offering practical assistance to a Licensed Conveyancer on residential property files.
  • Liaising with clients and other parties to support the smooth handling of transactions.
  • Monitoring billable time and contributing to income-generating activities.
  • Supporting tasks related to mortgage processes and additional areas linked to property law.
