Hays Education are currently looking to recruit Early Years and Reception Teachers to work in our Partnership Schools in Uckfield. We work exclusively with a number of schools who are looking for creative, flexible and dynamic Early Years teachers. We work with a variety of schools including large two form entry schools and small village primary schools who currently have a high demand for Early Years and Reception Teachers for long term, part time and daily supply work. Hays Education appreciate that many teachers in the area are wanting to work within the classroom however also have family or other commitments to balance with their work load. We understand that teaching is like no other career; it is a joy to be in the classroom educating the next generation and we are keen to make this possible alongside your other weekly commitments. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for this position you will need to have qualified teacher status or be looking to complete your induction year. You will also need to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last five years and be up to date with recent curriculum changes. You will need to be a creative and positive teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. You will have strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to TAs and other people in the school. What you'll get in return You will be paid to you correct teachers' pay scale due to the full active teaching nature of the role and will have the option to join our pension scheme. You will have one point of contact at Hays who has significant experience working in the local area as well as the Education sector.
