Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently and safely
- Ensure high-quality standards are met in the production process
- Carry out routine checks and maintenance on equipment
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Support with general production line duties as needed
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic
