Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a part-time opportunity within a growing, well-established business?

We are working exclusively with a fantastic company in the Uckfield area, seeking to recruit a part-time Finance Manager. This permanent role offers 22 hours per week, with flexibility on how the hours are distributed across the week.

In this role, you'll be a vital part of the team, primarily handling finance responsibilities. You'll work in a relaxed, supportive team environment and collaborate closely with the business owner and Finance Director.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping, including transactional duties, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and credit control.
  • Monitoring cash flow.
  • Preparing VAT returns.
  • Overseeing payroll administration.
  • Supporting year-end accounts for audit.

This role also offers opportunities for growth, with future involvement in additional finance duties such as cash flow and analysis.
