Role: Administrator
Salary: £23,000 - £23,800 per annum
Hours: 9-5.30pm. Monday - Friday

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity?
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their team to maintain the diary and set appointments for the busy team.
Working within a team of 6 you will work alongside a supportive team and your main task will be to ensure that all diaries are maintained and you are booking in the right appointments within time frames, sending out all relevant information and editing the system to update any changes for the team. Additionally, you will provide valuable administrative and clerical support, ensuring the smooth running of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting and updating the appointments and maintaining accurate records.
- Chasing clients for timely responses and booking confirmations.
- Assisting the Manager in collating and analysing Diary data.
- Handling general office duties such as attending to calls and emails, checking files, and uploading case papers onto web-based systems.
- Working within a small team and forwarding on relevant information once the appointments are booked.

- Attention to detail, as accuracy is crucial.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience within Microsoft Office - Word/Outlook/Excel
