If you are an Asbestos Bulk Analyst who is looking for a new challenge or a Bulk Analyst who has wider experience in the industry but is now looking to step back into a more laboratory-based role, then this role, which we offer, is the perfect opportunity for you.

This opportunity would be for an organisation which pride themselves over providing the best possible service to their clients and providing their staff with all relevant training to ensure your safety and as well as their clients, always, whilst at the same time providing a cost-effective asbestos solution all under one roof.

The successful Asbestos Bulk Analyst will have key responsibilities within the company which includes:

  • Receiving and appropriately logging samples received by the laboratory, preparing samples for analysis, and carrying out analysis of samples for fibre content.
  • Completing sample logs and certificates of analysis as and when required and ensuring every effort to complete workload within required time frame.
  • Other asbestos laboratory duties as and when required.
  • Undertaking laboratory audits
  • Maintaining the Surveying and Air Monitoring job lists monthly
  • Co-ordinating the monthly Laboratory Air Test and Mobile Laboratory Air Tests

You will have all these responsibilities due the very specific requirements you must have to become an Asbestos Bulk Analyst:

  • BOHS P401
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Flexibility
