Role: Internal Sales Engineer
Location: Uckfield
Hours: 35hour working week, Monday - Friday. Flexible working hours. Office Based
Salary: c25,000 + DOE plus annual Bonus
Benefits: 20days + BH, plus additional days at Christmas (increasing to 25 after 2 years), Generous Pension, Private Medical, Parking, Onsite facilities including gym, +++

As an Internal Sales Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting our diverse range of products and services. Your main responsibilities will include answering technical enquiries, qualifying potential business opportunities, and preparing detailed quotations and bid documents using our bespoke CRM system. You'll collaborate closely with our sales team to develop accurate sales approaches and liaise with different departments to address technical queries from customers and staff. Full training and support will be provided with the role and career opporunities too!
What we're looking for:
- A strong technical background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A good understanding of level control systems
- The ability to analyse technical terms and explain them effectively
- A positive attitude and a keenness to learn and develop
