Based in Uckfield, you will ideally live locally or have your own transport and live within a reasonable commute.
THE ROLE:
- Processing sales and purchase orders
- Manage customer and supplier invoices
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Liaising with goods in/out and managing regular stock takes
- Follow up on potential sales enquiries or direct to the sales team
- Sending out marketing packs and arranging mail
- Document editing
- Customer services
- General administration
- Previous office administration experience
- Great rapport-building skills and happy talking to customers on the phone
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to use Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Quick to learn
- 21,000 - 25,000, dependent on experience
