Sales Support Administrator
Full time permanent role - office based role
Mon-Fri 0900-1700
Role based in Uckfield, East Sussex
Salary £25000 per annum plus excellent all round company benefits, including good pension scheme, private health care, company bonus scheme, 24 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays, free parking at office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team within a friendly and very successful organisation. You will not be responsible for sales figures and targets in this role - it is purely a support admin role.
The role - Sales Support Administrator:
Duties will include:
Processing sales and purchase ordersManage customer and supplier invoicesAnswering inbound calls and making outbound calls (not selling)Liaising with goods in/out and managing regular stock takesFollow up on potential sales enquiries and direct them to the sales teamGeneral customer service duties General administration duties
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
Previous office administration experienceGreat rapport-building skills and happy talking to customers on the phoneExcellent attention to detailGood computer skills -able to use Microsoft Office, Word and Excel (SAGE Accounts a bonus but not essential)
