We are seeking a lovely Primary Teaching Assistant who is looking for their next adventure in an outstanding school based in the Rotherfield area.
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students achieve to their full potential. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Supporting the Teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Proving 1:1 support to students as well as in small groups and the full class at times.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and assisting with classroom management.
- Creating a safe and inclusive environment for every child to thrive.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who is kind, caring and passionate about working with children.
- Someone who is an excellent communicator, nurturing, empathetic and patient.
- Able to work well within a team.
