Salary: 70,000 + 5,000 Travel Allowance

What You'll Do
- Serve as the key point of contact for theaccount, building strong client relationships.
- Oversee the delivery of all facility management services, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Lead, motivate, and support on-site teams, ensuring exceptional performance.
- Drive operational efficiency, identify improvement opportunities, and manage budgets effectively.
- Act as a liaison between the client and company, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Prepare reports, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Account Manager within facilities management or a related sector.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Solid understanding of FM operations, including compliance and budget management.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel across client sites as needed.
