We are searching for a skilled Private Client Paralegal to join and enhance this remarkable and high-performing team!Your Role Will Include:
  • Providing Support to a Partner: Deliver top-notch administrative assistance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drafting, editing, and finalising legal documents and communications.
  • Organising and maintaining client files efficiently.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries.
  • Answering phone calls and addressing client queries professionally.
  • Conducting property investigations and compiling comprehensive reports.
  • Communicating with clients, solicitors, and other key parties involved in transactions.
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience within private client law, including wills, probate and LPA's.
  • A track record of handling your own caseload effectively.
  • Excellent technical proficiency and strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
