- Partner Support: Offer high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Document Drafting and Review: Prepare, edit, and finalise legal documents and client correspondence.
- File Management: Maintain well-organised client files, ensuring they are regularly updated.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings and other appointments effectively.
- Client Engagement: Handle client queries and oversee phone communications.
- Property Research: Conduct comprehensive property investigations and compile thorough reports.
- Communication: Act as the key point of contact, liaising with clients, legal teams, and relevant parties in cases.
- Proven experience in private client law, with particular expertise in wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs).
- Experience in managing your own caseload with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Strong technical abilities and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-moving legal environment.
