Looking for a Fresh Opportunity with a Renowned Legal Firm?Do you specialise in wills and probate law?Are you seeking a position that offers both independence and flexibility in managing your workload?We are excited to invite an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our accomplished and forward-thinking team!Your Key Duties:
  • Partner Support: Offer high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Document Drafting and Review: Prepare, edit, and finalise legal documents and client correspondence.
  • File Management: Maintain well-organised client files, ensuring they are regularly updated.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings and other appointments effectively.
  • Client Engagement: Handle client queries and oversee phone communications.
  • Property Research: Conduct comprehensive property investigations and compile thorough reports.
  • Communication: Act as the key point of contact, liaising with clients, legal teams, and relevant parties in cases.
What We Are Seeking:
  • Proven experience in private client law, with particular expertise in wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs).
  • Experience in managing your own caseload with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Strong technical abilities and excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-moving legal environment.
