Key Responsibilities:
• Lesson Delivery – Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with school curriculum and policies.
• Classroom Management – Maintain an effective learning environment through strong behaviour management.
• Student Support – Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Collaboration – Work closely with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and address any teaching challenges.
• Flexibility – Quickly adapt to different school settings and provide support across various classrooms.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong Communication Skills – Ability to engage with students and colleagues effectively.
• DBS Check – A current DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
