We are working with a fantastic company based in Uckfield, who are seeking a competent Compliance Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering a transformational project to implement and integrate a new people and payroll system.
Day-to-day responsibilities will be varied but may include:
- Administration for the company's property records and monthly Property List
- Oversee transitions for new and existing properties, including documentation and compliance
- Monitor and resolve outstanding queries and prepare data for board reports
- Support compliance, auditing, and accreditation processes
- Maintain RICS-compliant registers and assist with client audit requests
- And other administrative tasks
