Academics is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Reception teacher on behalf of a primary school in Uckfield. This is a great opportunity for an educator who is dedicated to supporting the development and growth of young children in the crucial early years of education.
The RoleAs a Reception teacher, you will lead engaging, play-based learning experiences, encouraging the social, emotional, and academic growth of your students. You will plan and implement lessons that meet the individual needs of each child, helping to build a foundation for lifelong learning. In addition, you'll assess and monitor progress, collaborating with parents and support staff to ensure each child's development is fully supported.

What You BringWe are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual with:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in an EYFS setting, with a thorough understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A creative approach to teaching, with the ability to inspire and engage young learners.
