This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable managing a variety of subjects and year groups, and can confidently maintain the continuity of learning when regular teachers are unavailable.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate for this role must possess a flexible approach, as it may involve receiving early morning calls for same-day placements. Being available at short notice is crucial, as you may be asked to cover classes in different locations on any given day.
