Our Client :They are a leading construction firm specialising across a number of business streams including new build andrefurbishment in various sectors. Theyare seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of a new build care home, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards to the contractor and the clients high expectations.

Job Summary:The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction project for a new build care home. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in construction project management, particularly in the new build sector. The successful candidate will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the construction project from inception to completion, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Manage risks and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Report regularly to senior management on project status and milestones.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on new build healthcare or residential projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software.
