Our client is a prominent provider of high-quality commercial interior fit-outs, specialising in exceptional partitions, carpentry and ceiling suspended ceiling services.

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a crucial role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Candidates of all levels will be considered.

Quantity Surveyor

Package:

  • Up to 60,000 basic salary DOE
  • Car allowance
  • 20 days holiday + BH
  • Company pension scheme

Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate project estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct cost analysis, feasibility studies, and value engineering assessments.
  • Identify and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring risks are minimized and value maximized.
  • Track project costs and progress to ensure alignment with financial plans.
  • Prepare interim valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other team members.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to meet their expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and legal frameworks.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Quantity Surveyor

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally in commercial interiors or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
