About the Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of projects, providing cost management support from the early stages of tendering to final account. You will work across a variety of interior construction projects, managing the costs associated with suspended ceilings, drywall installations, glazed partitions, carpentry, and SFS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates and budgets for interior projects, including suspended ceilings, drywall, glazed partitions, carpentry, and SFS.
- Measure, price, and submit tenders for new and existing projects.
- Manage procurement of materials, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
- Assist with contract administration, including managing variations and preparing cost reports.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the best possible prices.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential cost overruns and providing solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, quality, and any variations that may affect costs.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Produce detailed cost reports, valuations, and final accounts for clients.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the interior construction industry, specifically with experience in suspended ceilings, drywall, glazed partitions, carpentry, and/or SFS projects.
- A solid understanding of cost management and commercial awareness.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., RICS accredited) is highly desirable.
- Experience using quantity surveying software (e.g., COINS, Buildsoft, or similar) is an advantage
