The role:

An opportunity to a well established generalist building contractor with a rich history of working on local projects aswell as projects further afield on exciting commercial and residential projects. Valued from a £300k upto £30m.

What's expected from you:

Experience of working within the Construction industry
Preconstruction surveying experience
Good understanding of budget management
Meausrement and quoute experience, happy to be on site when required
Negotiating and networking skills
Collating and issuing tender packs for sub-contractor work packages
Negotiation and analysis of Sub contractor tender returns
Completion of Subcontract orders and variations
Subcontract payments, variations, and final accounts
Completing Monthly CVRs and cost reporting
