Credit Controller

Anderson Knight are currently recruiting on behalf of a well known client based in Glasgow City Centre who are looking for a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. The role is office based and offering a salary of 28-30K per annum.

What will you be doing:

• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Monitoring and reporting on aged debt and ensure levels kept within tolerances and to escalate when required
• Being responsible for updating and sending client specific debt packs
• Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
• Managing the collection of all debts in accordance with agreed credit terms

What we need from you:

• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including willingness to speak to clients regularly and make client calls
• Proficient and confident in maintaining spreadsheets and using excel functions including formulas, Vlookup & pivot tables
• Experience in credit controlling B2B and B2C debt
• Insurance knowledge advantageous but not essential
