Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Sales Executive and drive significant revenue growth! We're looking for a passionate and proven sales professional with a track record of success in the commercial vehicle sector. This role is primarily based at our Devon HQ, with hybrid and remote working options available.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth:Develop and implement winning sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Generate New Business:Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand the Market:Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate and Achieve:Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed collective sales targets, sharing best practices and supporting team success.
- Maximise Client Relationships:Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients, strengthening partnerships and increasing revenue.
- Track and Report:Utilise CRM software and other sales tools for accurate sales tracking, reporting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Commercial Vehicle Sales Expertise:Proven track record of success in Commercial Vehicle sales, ideally within a B2B or commercial sales environment.
- Relationship Building:Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Communication Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
- Organisational Prowess:Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-Oriented:A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
