About the Role:

Are you a dedicated and experienced Community Nurse with expertise in ADHD, Autism, or Child Health? We are seeking a Community Nurse to join the BeeU Neuro Developmental Pathway team in Shrewsbury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct parental discussions to facilitate comprehensive triage
  • Perform neurodevelopmental screening of referrals
  • Liaise effectively with schools and other professionals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Maintain accurate record writing to ensure clear communication
  • Clearly communicate triage outcomes to referrers
