Are you an experienced Welfare Cleaning Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to oversee welfare cleaning operations on a busy construction site in Aldermaston, Reading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing a team of welfare cleaners to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site.
- Coordinating daily cleaning schedules and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the site management team.
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and maintained properly.
Requirements:
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)certification is essential.
- Green CSCS Cardis mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction or facilities management sector.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of 20.00 (paid via CIS/UTR).
- Full-time hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (9.5 hours paid daily).
- Opportunity to work on a reputable project in Aldermaston, Reading.
