Our client is a high-growth tech business providing a Cloud-based POS & Ecommerce solution to small and mid-sized retailers and are looking for an Account Manager to be based in Manchester or Ulverston.
As an Account Manager in their Success Team, you’ll be at the forefront of helping retailers maximize the potential of their innovative products and services. Your role will seamlessly blend guiding customers, consultative sales, and developing relationships, making a tangible difference to the businesses you support.Learning & Growth: We invest in your development, offering extensive training and regular upskilling opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:
• Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with retailers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.• Identify new sales opportunities with existing clients, presenting solutions that add measurable value to their businesses.• Provide expert consultation on their products, services, and best practices.• Solve challenges collaboratively, coordinating with internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes for clients.• Stay curious and informed, continuously seeking new ways to help clients succeed while hitting your own targets.

• Proven success in maintaining and growing client relationships.• Strong commercial acumen, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.• Consultative sales expertise - you listen, understand, and offer tailored solutions.• Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to thrive under pressure.• Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.• Quick to adapt to new tools, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics/Ads, and their Cloud POS.
