As the Finance Manager, you'll be vital in supporting the Financial Controller in delivering an excellent financial service to the rest of the business. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you! About the roleBased in the stunning office in Ulverston, you will be tasked with:

  • Management of daily bank/cash reconciliation
  • Production of weekly/monthly reports, monthly management accounts & revenue reports
  • Budgeting, forecasting & re-forecasting
  • Cashflow reporting & management
  • Payroll, VAT & other statutory requirements
  • Management of small team of accounts assistants

About youThe ideal candidate for this position will:

  • Preferably Part Qualified (CGMA/CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CIPFA) or qualified by experience
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within a management role
  • Previous experience working within a similar role
  • Excellent attitude to learning
