This role would be ideally suited for a financial services administrator that has some experience in writing basic suitability reports. The Business

The business is a well-established independent advisory business is based in the south of Cumbria. The directors have over 40 years’ experience in financial services and take pride in continuing to deliver an exceptional client journey.

The Role

The duties of this role will be varied with you having a responsibility to support the existing Advisors and Paraplanners. These duties will include processing new business, sending letters of authority, speaking to clients and providers, actioning fund switches, withdrawals as well as updating the in-house systems. In addition to this, you’ll be undertaking some paraplanning duties immediately with the provision of simpler suitability reports, with a view to progressing into a full paraplanning role over time. Due to the close-knit nature of the team and the collaborative and supportive culture, the administration and paraplanning team are office-based roles.
