Supply Chain Manager
Salary: 50K-60K (DOE)
Location: Remote with travel to UK sites
Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnered exclusively with a growing international organisation on the appointment of a Supply Chain Manager.
The Role
Due to company growth, the Supply Chain Manager is a newly created position for the business with the responsibility of managing suppliers and optimising the supply of goods and warehouse operations. Coming into a blank canvas, the Supply Chain Manager will be tasked with shaping and implementing company supply chain processes and procedures, setting measurable KPIs, developing relationships and partnerships with suppliers, driving best supply chain practices and spotting opportunities to drive efficiencies and to add value.
Leading a small team, the Supply Chain Manager will be hands-on in their approach with the ability to work collaboratively and proactively with the management team to achieve company objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Commercially astute with previous experience within an end to end supply chain management position covering procurement, supply chain, logistics and warehousing
- Supplier Contract management experience with the ability to negotiate pricing, terms and service level agreements
- Previous experience in shaping and implementing KPIs and performance targets internally and externally
- MRP / ERP experience, ideally SAP
- Inventory Control and Stock management experience
Frequent travel to UK sites and suppliers will be required as part of the role.
