Randstad Education is seeking for an outstanding and dynamic Director of Faculty - Maths who will be responsible for the planned
and strategic development of the department, ensuring the quality of provision and teaching and learning secures outstanding results for all students.

Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum development in the Faculty
- Enhance our school's learning community by contributing to a positive and effective teaching and learning program
- Champion the Academy's ethos and standards as a valued member of our leadership team
- Maintain a positive learning environment within the Faculty by upholding high standards of behavior
- Ensure that students have access to a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities and activities such as trips, clubs etc

Requirements
- Must Hold QTS/QTLS
- Have a proven track record of successfully teaching Maths to KS3/KS4 students
- Secure knowledge of the National Curriculum
- The ability to lead curriculum development and innovation
- Right to work in the UK
- Must provide 2 proven professional references - this is essential
- Possess or willing to obtain a DBS Certificate on the update service
