We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.
We are looking for a Multitrader who can plaster entire rooms, the work is in the east london and south end Area to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance services to our clients at a high quality standard.
Responsibilities:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client.
Ensuring all work are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
