We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for up to 155 children and young people aged 4 to 19, each with unique Education, Health and Care Plans. Our students have a range of needs, including communication and interaction difficulties, Autism, medical syndromes, and physical and sensory challenges.

The Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Upminster. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our students achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support, ensuring that each student's individual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist students with their individual learning plans and daily activities.
