Location: HMP Bullingdon, Training Building, Patrick Haugh Road, Bicester, OX25 1PZ
Contract Type: 12-month agency contract
Hours: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday with flexible hours and hybrid working options available (2-3 days required to be on site after training is finalized)

Starting Pay: 11.59 per hour, rising to 11.88 after 12 weeks

Parking: provided!

Training and skills transfer will be undertaken through shadowing across the teams and mentoring with a designated line manager overseeing this.

Their team maintains, enhances, and operates environments across Prisons, Probation, and other facilities to ensure they're efficient, safe, and fit for purpose. The Role:

As a Regional Estates Contract Administrator, you'll support the smooth administration of regional Estates and Facilities Management (TFM) contracts. You'll be responsible for ensuring governance, compliance, and reporting on contract activities, directly supporting our regional Contract Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate contract administration for services delivered to regional establishments
  • Support in monitoring work completion and financial records on cloud systems and Excel
  • Maintain contract documentation, including task orders and risk logs
  • Coordinate team communications and provide secretarial support
  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records for the region

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills: Able to manage multiple tasks
  • Analytical & IT skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools
  • Team player with independent drive: Ready to tackle tasks autonomously
  • Desirable: Experience with contract management (NEC3 knowledge a plus), financial awareness, and a UK driving license for easier access to this remote location
